How To Pay
1) Please select from each section (Registration, Accommodations and Meals) and then click on "Add To Cart" for each section.
2) Once you have added an item to your cart another window will open that will show you your shopping cart. You can add to, or remove items from your cart until you are ready to check out.
3) Click on "Proceed To Checkout"
4) If paying by Visa, Master Card or American Express, go to Don't Have a Paypal Account and click on Continue
Or, if you have a Paypal Account, select Log In To Paypal

5) Once you have completed the transaction you will see a Thank You page that you can print for your records. As well, you will receive an e-mail that contains your receipt number.

Once payment has been completed, please make sure you have also completed your registration form if you have not already done so.

2)Accommodations
Adult - Georgian Suite (Single bedroom in 2-bedroom suite equipped one double bed).
$275 per bedroom

Youth - Georgian Green (Single bedroom in a 6 bedroom suite, equipped with a single bed)

$170 per bedroom

3)Meals
Meals include breakfast, lunch and dinner for the duration of conference. Meals begin Sunday dinner and end with Saturday breakfast.

Note: There will not be dinner available on site in Wednesday July 15th. Delegates going on a day trip will be given a box lunch for the trip. Dinner will be included in the price of the excursion. Those who remain on site will be give directions to local restaurants.

Notarized Letter Of Invitation
Please contact the Canadian Embassy in your country regarding the specific requirements to obtain a visa. Some embassies require that letters of invitation be notarized. If you require a notarized letter, please add this cost. More information can be found on the Visa section of the conference web site.
